By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of 1140 days in preferring the restoration application. 2. The submission of the applicant is that the registration of appeal was refused for not removing the office objections by the order of the Registrar (Judicial). However, the said order was not noted down by the applicant and, therefore, the delay is caused in filing the restoration application. The applicant has stated that refusal of registration of appeal came to his notice when he has moved the circulation slip for listing of the matter. 3. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
