Heard Smt Yamini Muniraj, learned counsel appearing for petitioner. 3. A private complaint comes to be registered in PCR No. 480 of 2016 and the matter is referred for investigation which becomes a crime in Crime No. 110 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent/police. The police after investigation filed a charge sheet on 25-05-2021 for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506 of the IPC. The concerned Court takes cognizance of the offence and the matter is pending before the concerned Court in C.C.No.1994 of 2024. 4. In the light of the prayer being innocuous, and the matter is of the year 2016, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the subject matter with an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier.
