The grievance ventilated herein by the petitioner is that the said application has not yet been disposed of, but the Court below has fixed 29.04.2026 for hearing the petition filed on behalf of the State after delisting the petitioner’s aforesaid prayer for monitoring the investigation by the Court below. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, I find that the order which is going to be passed by this Court will not cause prejudice to the opposite parties, and, as such, the service of copies of application upon the opposite parties is dispensed with. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the instant application being CRR 1217 of 2026 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the Court below to hear and dispose of the 2 petitioner’s above-mentioned application dated 13.06.2025 on the date fixed, i.e. on 29.04.2026 before proceeding further.
