On the same day at the time of signing the order it was found on perusal of the communication dated 30th March, 2026 of Inspector of Police, Officer-in- Charge, Burwan Police Station, Murshidabad Police District that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 29th January, 2026 FIR was registered and a criminal prosecution being Burwan PS Case No. 122/26 dated 29th March, 2026 was initiated under Sections 303(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Hence, it appears grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 2. As no further order need be passed on this writ petition, writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
