On a pointed query being made from the State counsel with regard to said fact, he would fairly submit that the Investigating Officer has forwarded the closure report to the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur. 3 In view of aforesaid submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur, is directed to forward the said closure report to the court concerned within two weeks from today and the respondent No.2, if aggrieved by the same, may take recourse of law, if closure report already not forwarded. 4 The State counsel is directed to forward copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur for necessary information/ compliance. 5 Criminal Misc.
