Hon'ble Shri Justice Ramesh Sinha, CJ Hon’ble Shri Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal, J Order on Board 01.05.2026 Per, Ramesh Sinha, CJ. 1 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs: “a) The Hon'ble Court may Kindly Be Pleased to Quash the FIR registered against petitioner vide crime number INDRAJEET SAHU Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2026.05.01 18:24:45 +0530 2 119/2024 dated 22.11.2024 (ANNEXURE P/3) with Police Station- Tapkara, District Jashpur, Chhattisgarh, for offence committed under section 318, 336 and 338 of B.N.S. b) Or to pass any other order as per facts and circumstance of the case.” 2 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, as per instructions received by him, would submit that after obtaining handwriting expert’s report, closure report has already been submitted by the Investigating Officer. On a pointed query being made from the State counsel with regard to said fact, he would fairly submit that the Investigating Officer has forwarded the closure report to the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur. 3 In view of aforesaid submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur, is directed to forward the said closure report to the court concerned within two weeks from today and the respondent No.2, if aggrieved by the same, may take recourse of law, if closure report already not forwarded. 4 The State counsel is directed to forward copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Jashpur for necessary information/ compliance. 5 Criminal Misc.
