CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M. A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE.
ORDER 04.05.2026 Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks quashment of execution of Lok Adalat Award dated 11.05.2024, along with all consequential orders pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ganderbal, in case titled “Mohd. Ziyan Parray & Anr. Vs. Shabir Ahmad Parray”. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to contest the matter before the court below, raising all the grounds available to the petitioner, in opposition to the execution of the Lok Adalat Award. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this motion stage, with liberty to the petitioner to contest the matter before the court below. The court below, however, is requested not to pass any coercive orders, without hearing the petitioner, on the next date fixed in the matter.
