1. This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 879 of 2023 which stood dismissed for default on account of non- compliance of order dated 22.06.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has already surrendered and the remaining defects will also be removed. He has submitted that one interlocutory application was also pending in connection with the defect.
3. Considering the submission, time for removal of defects as granted vide order dated 22.06.2024 in Criminal Revision No. 879 of 2023 is extended till 11.02.2026.
4. If the defects is removed within extended time, office is
directed to place the case before the appropriate bench as per roster at the earliest.
5. This Cr.M.P is disposed of accordingly.
