What is challenge in the petition is to the impugned online comments on the portal by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Katol and Tahsildar, Narkhed. 2. We are of the clear view that unless and until the comments results into an order, no petition is maintainable. The comments on the portal maintained by District Setu Karyalaya, definitely only offers a platform for exchange of information and in absence of order being yet passed refusing the claim of the petitioner, in our view, the petition is premature.
