Since in the said order, no time limit has been mentioned, and the present contempt petition has been filed just after expiry of 15 days from the date of passing of the order, therefore, it appears to this Court that the present contempt petition is premature at this stage. Petitioner should have waited the order to be complied with by the respondents within a reasonable time. 3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed as premature at this stage.
