The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bashisthnagar P.S. Case No.94 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 74, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case has been registered against six persons and four of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.2242 of 2025 and 4687 of 2025 and one of the co-accused person has been granted regular bail in B.A. No.3079 of 2025. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 2026:JHHC:1867 --2-- B.A. No. 9615 of 2025 14.04.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted. He then submits that the altercation took place due to cattle of the petitioner have entered into the field of the informant and grazed the crops. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of assault pursuant to that the injury has been received upon the informant. 5. Considering that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and regular bail as aforesaid and the petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2025 and the charge-sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Bashisthnagar P.S.
