CHILUKURI KARTHIK The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.4317 of 2026 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent in constituting the three member committee vide reference No.RSFI/APRS/2025/12/3CC dated 19.12.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the byelaws of 2nd respondent society and consequently prayed to direct the 4th respondent not to initiate any action to disaffiliate the petitioner society. 2. This Court, vide order dated 13.02.2026, granted interim direction to the respondents not to take any coercive steps and not to decide any issue in respect of item No.6 of the agenda of the RSFI Special General Meeting scheduled to be held on 14.02.2026. Subsequently, the 1st respondent herein has set aside and declared all the decisions taken by the President and Secretary of RSFI as void ab initio. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous in view of the relief granted by the 1st respondent. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
