Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced an office order dated 21.04.2026 passed by the Additional Superintending Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEB Ltd. Shahpur, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted relief by implementing the judgment and order dated 16.04.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP(C) No.10719-10720 of 2025, titled, HPSEB Ltd. vs. Nanak Chand and others alongwith connected matters, on the analogy of the Surajmani’s case and his pay 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:18355 ) 2 has been re-fixed from the date when he had completed continuous eight years’ daily wage service. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is not paid consequential benefits as per office order dated 21.04.2026 and as per mandate contained in CWP No.15021 of 2025, titled, Rajinder Kumar vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and another within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
