2 before Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Lailunga on 15.11.2019 as he was acquitted in criminal case but till date said representation has not been decided. 2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose. They submit that order of appointment issued in favor of petitioner was canceled on the ground of suppression of material facts as there was criminal record against petitioner which was not disclosed. They further submit that this petition is misconceived and deserves to be dismissed. 3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that writ petition filed by the petitioner against cancellation of his appointment has already been dismissed vide order dated 13.2.2009, no order can be passed in favor of petitioner with regard to reinstatement.
