Petitioner was employed as Branch Manager in Tehri Garhwal District Cooperative Bank Ltd. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to pay the dues of the petitioner such as difference of salary, provident-fund, etc. Along-with interest @ 12 percent per annum. 5. Ms. Seema Sah, learned counsel appearing for the Bank, on instructions, makes a statement that all monetary dues of the petitioner, including gratuity, has been paid to him. 6.
