The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No.334 of 2025, for offence registered under sections 318 (4) of BNS, 2023 and section 63/65 of Copy Rights Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the allegations are made of keeping duplicate CRI control panel and wires in the shop in the town of Chatra. He also submits that the said articles were produced before the police by one Binod Kr Tiwari and the case has been registered under the Copy Rights Act. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 and one coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.7327 of 2025. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that 2026:JHHC:1331 2 allegations are there of keeping the said CRI control panels and wires in the shop. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that said control panels and wires were produced before the police by Binod Kumar Tiwari and it was not seized from the shop of the petitioner and the case was registered under sections 63 and 65 of Copy Rights Act and section 318(4) of BNS, 2023 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid and one of the coaccused person has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No.334 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 19.01.2026 SI/
