ORDER 01.07.2026 Heard Mr. T. Kipa, learned counsel for the accused applicant and Mr. D. Loyi, learned Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. By an order dated 03.06.2026, while calling for the scanned copies of the Case Diary, the accused applicant was granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court directing that in the event of his arrest in connection with Nirjuli

registered
u/ss. 331(5)/117(2)/119(2)/127(2)/324(3)/ 324(4)/351/3(5) of BNS, 2023; he shall be released on interim pre-arrest bail on execution of a bail bond of Rs. 30,000/ (Rupees Thirty Thousand) only with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority and also directed the accused applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer within 7 days.
3. In compliance of the aforesaid directions, the accused applicant appeared before the I.O. of the case on 06.06.2026. Upon such appearance, the Investigating Officer arrested the accused applicant in connection with Nirjuli P.S. Case No.25/2026 and after recording of his statement and on completion of all formalities, he was subsequently released on interim pre-arrest bail on the strength of this Court’s order dated 03.06.2026.
4. Mr. D. Loyi, learned Public Prosecutor, in his usual fairness submits that the investigation of the case is almost complete and as such, the custodial interrogation and/or remand of the accused applicant is no longer required, at this stage.

5. In view of the above submission and on perusal of the Case Diary which indicates that the accused applicant has already been arrested and subsequently released on interim anticipatory bail, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused applicant on 03.06.2026 is hereby made absolute on the following terms and conditions :- (i) that he shall continue to cooperate with the I.O. of the case and appear before him as and when called for; (ii) that he shall not, directly or indirectly, make any threat, inducement, or, promise to any person acquainted with the
facts of the case; and (iii) that he shall not leave the jurisdiction of the State of Arunachal Pradesh without prior permission from the I.O. of the case during the investigation period.
6. With the above, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
