Both the learned counsel submit that the parties have entered into a Settlement Deed dated 09-05-2024, recording the terms of settlement. 2. The parties undertake to act upon the terms of settlement. 3. A joint pursis has been filed by the parties along with the Settlement Deed dated 09-05-2024, which is taken on record. 4. As per the terms of the Settlement Deed, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. 5. Needless to state, the parties shall act upon and abide by the terms of the Settlement Deed dated 09-05-2024. 6. Learned counsel for the parties submit that Clause No. 6 of the Settlement Deed dated 09-05-2024 is yet to be complied with by both the parties. 7. Mrs. Khisti, learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, submits that the respondent-husband is present in Court and is willing to comply with Clause No. 6 of the Settlement Deed dated 09-05-2024 as and when the amount becomes due and payable.
