The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 121,132, 194(2) and 299 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made that several persons were fighting in Moharram procession. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of altercation and assault between two communities of the society. [2026:JHHC:1386] -2- 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the FIR has been registered against 69 named and 250 unknown persons, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty- five thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Patan P.S.
