Heard the learned counsel on both side. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was allotted free house site patta by the Tahsildar, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District. In order to protect the said land, the petitioner has fenced the same. But the neighbours have demolished the fencing and using the said land as a parking area. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action as per law. 4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
