Ms. Priyambada Singh, learned advocate led by Mr. Md. Galib, learned Senior Government advocate appears for alleged contemnor no. 1. Mr. Priyabrata Batabyal, learned advocate appears for the alleged contemnor no. 2. The learned advocates for the alleged contemnors submit that, they have performed their obligations and carried out the direction of this Court. The petitioners had also confirmed the same. 2 Mr. Soumitra Bandyopadhyay, learned Senior advocate has submitted the compliance report on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 2 in the form of affidavit, the same has been taken on record. The compliance report shows that the reasoned order has already been communicated to the jurisdictional SDO. Following the direction of this Court since the order has been communicated to the SDO, this Court expects that the jurisdictional SDO shall do the needful in the light of the order made by this Court dated December 4, 2024. However, if the jurisdictional SDO does not take steps the petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law. With the above observations and since nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding, CPAN 1337 of 2025 stands dropped and closed. The application being CPAN 1337 of 2025 stands disposed of.
