This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 15.03.2024 passed by Board of Revenue, Ajmer (for short 'the Board of Revenue') whereby, interim order dated 24.01.2024 passed by Revenue Appellate Authority, Sikar (for short 'The RAA') in appeal filed by respondent No.2, has been stayed. 2. Firstly, on perusal of order dated 15.03.2024, it reveals that the aforesaid order is merely an interim order which was passed in March, 2024 and the same has also been put to challenge after lapse of more than two years. Thus, this Court finds that the writ petition filed by the petitioner, is not maintainable. 3. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an application for vacating ex parte interim stay order dated 15.03.2024 which is pending before the Board of Revenue and has [2026:RJ-JP:24193] (3 of 3) [CW-10593/2026] not been decided till date despite, lapse of more than two years from the date of passing aforesaid ex parte interim order. 4. On such statement, while not entertaining the writ petition of the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the Board of Revenue to decide the application, if any, filed by the petitioner for vacation of stay order dated 15.03.2024 expeditiously. 5. Writ petition is disposed of with above directions. 6. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. 7.
