The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No.21 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.530 of 2024 and S.T. No.255 of 2024/S.T. No.479 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307 and 302/34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and charge has been framed and till date five prosecution witnesses have been examined and certified copy of evidence of PW-1 to 5 are annexed as Annexure-2. He further submits that these witnesses have stated 2026:JHHC:1141 --2-- B.A. No. 11361 of 2025 that they have not been able to identify the petitioner and PW-1 to 4 have been declared hostile and PW-5 is official witness and he has stated that he did not see anybody assaulting. He then submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2024. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.21 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the case is registered under Section 302 and allied offences of IPC. 5. Considering that PW-1 to 4 have been declared hostile and even the police constable, who has been examined as PW-5, has also stated that he has not seen anybody of making assault and the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2024, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
