The petitioner has superannuated from the office of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sahibganj as Head Clerk. He has not received his retiral benefits such as Group Insurance, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, 3rd MACP, arrears of difference of salary and travelling allowance. His further grievance is that his scale of pay has also been wrongly fixed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner files an appropriate representation, before the Deputy Commissioner, Sahibganj - respondent No.2, his case will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed and if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, as per his entitlement, the same will be paid. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file an appropriate representation within four weeks before the Deputy Commissioner, Sahibganj -respondent No.2. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within six weeks and if it is necessary to place the case 2026:JHHC:1034 2 before any committee or any authority, the same should be placed during the said period. 5. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any amount, the same will be granted within four weeks thereafter. 6. If any part of the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7.
