Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent, submits that the charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 82/2026 dated 29.06.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that the accused/applicant should be allowed to approach the appropriate forum for any relief, if so advised. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands disposed of with liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the jurisdictional trial Court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
