This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of the petitioners’ application for injunction under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as well as for local inspection under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Code filed in Title Suit No. 536 of 2023 before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court at Purulia. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application 2 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court at Purulia to dispose of the petitioners’ applications for injunction under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code and for local inspection under Order XXXIX Rule 7 of the Code as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Thereafter the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 536 of 2023 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. C.O. 1233 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
