The petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court to direct respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries of the aforementioned property, as requested in his application dated 30.10.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite submitting the application on 30.10.2025, no action has been taken by the authorities. Aggrieved by this inaction, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s application dated 30.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders in compliance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
