It is submitted that, prior to filing and during the pendency of the connected writ petition, the aforesaid respondent Nos. 4, 6, 15, 29, 34, 41, 43, 47, 49, 50, 52, 57, 62, 89, 94, 95 & 107 have unfortunately expired.
