The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 18/2026, registered at Police Station – Navagarh, District – Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act. 2. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this anticipatory bail application on repeated calls. 3. The Registry has also reported that the present anticipatory bail application suffers from various defaults, and it appears that the anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant on 24.03.2026, and the time was also granted to counsel for the applicant to remove the defaults on 16.04.2026, but counsel for the applicant did RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 not take care to remove the defaults as has been pointed out by the Registry. 4. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed on this ground alone. 5.
