1. By the present writ petition the petitioners seek direction upon the concerned respondent for issuance of pass certificate of Teachers Eligibility Test (in short TET), 2014.
2. Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs this Court that as per instruction, save and except the petitioner nos.16, 17, 19 and 21, the rest of the petitioners have already received the pass certificate of TET, 2014. He seeks that instruction be issued upon the authority concerned for issuance of the pass certificate of TET, 2014 to the writ petitioner nos.16, 17, 19 and 21, if not already issued.
3. Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the West Bengal Board of Primary
2 Education concedes to such submission made by learned Advocate for the petitioners.
4. In view of the above submission, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, respondent no.4 is directed to issue pass certificate of TET, 2014 in favour of the petitioner nos.16. 17, 19 and 21 subject to their entitlement and upon proper verification, if not already issued.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 6932 of 2025 stands disposed of.
6. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
8. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
9. There shall be no order as to costs.
10. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
11. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
