The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the Respondent-Authorities in not considering the representations, dated 17.07.2026 and 07.08.2026 given by the Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner had sought voluntary retirement from his service and, as the same was not being considered by the Respondent- Authorities, the Petitioner had filed W.P.No.9151 of 2026 before this Court. This Court disposed of the same vide its order dated 15.07.2026, declaring that the Petitioner is deemed to have retired on 16.03.2026 and directing the Respondents to determine the retirement benefits as on that date and disburse the same to the Petitioner. 3. Pursuant thereto, the Petitioner gave representations, dated 17.07.2026 and 07.08.2026 to the Respondent-Authorities for disbursal of his retirement benefits and as the same is not being considered, the Writ Petition came to be filed. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted that the representations given by the Petitioner would be examined and an appropriate decision would be communicated to him. 5. Heard the counsels. 6. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to examine the representations, dated 17.07.2026 and 07.08.2026 given by the Petitioner and to dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. No order as to costs. 8.
