This revisional application lays challenge to two orders dated February 25, 2026 and March 20, 2026 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata in SA 398 of 2025. 2. It is noticed that the learned Debts Recovery has fixed April 20, 2026 for hearing SA 398 of 2025 together with IA 141 of 2026, IA 2688 of 2025 and IA 2652 of 2025 as a specially fixed matter. Further it is clear from order dated February 6, 2026 that IA 141 of 2026 has been heard and the same is reserved for orders. 3. In such view of the matter, this court is of the view that justice would be subserved if this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata to dispose of all the pending applications including IA 141 of 2026 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Tribunal would permit 2 keeping in mind the scheme of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 which mandates expeditious disposal of SARFAESI applications as well as the interlocutory applications filed in connection therewith. 4.
