This is an application filed by the applicants for speaking to minutes to the order dated 15.07.2026. 2. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that this Court vide order dated 15.07.2026, while disposing of the Civil Application No.2690 of 2026, directed the Additional Registrar of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, to disburse the amount of compensation in the bank accounts after verifying the claimants in proportion to their shares. He submits that applicant No.2 viz. Smt. Kavita W/o. Rajesh Shegamwar, is suffering from last stage cancer and therefore, it will be difficult to her to remain present before the Tribunal for verification. He, therefore, submits that the physical presence of applicant No.2 for verification may not be insisted upon. 2026:BHC-NAG:12274 2 CAO 949 of 2026.odt 3. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that appropriate order may be passed. 4. Considering the submissions and reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 5. The para.4 of the order dated 15.07.2026, be replaced with following paragraph. “4. After depositing the aforesaid amount by the railway department before the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, the Additional Registrar of the Tribunal, is directed to disburse the compensation amount in equal shares in the bank accounts of the applicants without asking the physical presence of applicant No.2 for bank verification as applicant No.1 will present for verification for himself as well as on behalf of applicant No.2.” 6.
