02/20.03.2026 Heard Mr. Tarun Kumar Mahato, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 39 of 2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 94 of
2017.
It has been alleged that the miscreants had entered in the pre-cast Yard and had broken the CCTV camera as well as the computer and had also fired twice while extending threat not to carry on work till they called Ajay Jee of JJMP.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of co-accused Bigga Paswan. Petitioner is in custody since
23.11.2022. Learned counsel further submits that several co- accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 5401 of 2022 and B.A. No.12282 of 2023.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in connection with S.T. No. 39 of 2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017.
