On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, the decision/order of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Jagdalpur, District – Bastar dated 23.04.2026 amending the order dated 20.03.2026 so far as it relates to the petitioner herein, nothing remains for adjudication in this case and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the order dated 23.04.2026. 5.
