The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus setting-aside the order dated 20.03.2026 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work at Government Maharani District Hospital, Jagdalpur. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that vide order dated 23.04.2026, grievance raised by the petitioner has been redressed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the order dated 23.04.2026 has been served upon him today. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, the decision/order of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Jagdalpur, District – Bastar dated 23.04.2026 amending the order dated 20.03.2026 so far as it relates to the petitioner herein, nothing remains for adjudication in this case and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the order dated 23.04.2026. 5.
