Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that petitioner has committed sexual offence against 12 years old girl. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Special POCSO Case No.81 of 2025, arising out of Sakchi P.S. Case No.169 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamshedpur, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
