3. It is submitted by Mr. Munir that inadvertently the Case No. has been mentioned as Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 52/2025 instead of 52/2026 which is inadvertent typographical mistake. He further submitted that in the earlier bail application, the father of the petitioner is named as Kjagen Chandra Nath but his proper name is Khagen Chandra Nath. Accordingly, he prayed for such correction in the name of the father as well as the case no. mentioned in the para nos. 1 & 2 of the said order.
4. Mr. Sharma, the learned Addl. PP raised no objection to that regard.
5. In view of above and also considering the fact that the mistake being typographical/inadvertent in nature, I hereby allow the present interlocutory application.

“2. This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with prayer for bail as the petitioner is behind bars since 12.03.2026 in connection with Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 52/2026 corresponding to G.R. No. 205(K)/2026 u/s 69 of BNS Act.”
