Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 11.05.2026 and a copy of office order dated 28.04.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 28.04.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of ₹41,600/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 16.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.19749 of 2025, titled, Sandeep Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
