JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 01/07/2026 By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.06.2004 passed by by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed on the ground of non-impleading of affected persons as party and also on the ground of delay. I have perused the record. The matter relates to promotion of the petitioner. At the time of filing of the writ petition in the year 2004, age of the petitioner was forty-nine years. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation.
