This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicants/claimants/respondents praying for correction of a clerical error which has crept in the Cause Title of the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in IA(Civil)/3382/2025. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the Cause Title instead of respondent No.1 Smti. Sobha Sinha is the wife of Late Rajib Ahmed, respondent No.2 Smti. Shiny Sinha is the daughter of Late Rajib Ahmed & respondent No.3 is the daughter of Late Rajib Ahmed, the respondent No. 1 Smti. Sobha Sinha ought to have been shown as the wife of Late Surajit Sinha and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 ought to have shown as the daughters of Late Surajit Sinha respectively. 4. Mr. H Sarma, the learned counsel for the respondents also does not raise any objection to the said prayer and he submits that the same is an inadvertent clerical mistake. 5. After considering the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides, the error which has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicants is an advertent clerical error, which has crept in the Cause Title of the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in IA(Civil)/3382/2025 and the same is required to be required to rectified. 6. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is allowed and in the Cause Title of the aforesaid order instead of “respondent No.1 Smti. Sobha Sinha is the wife of Late Rajib Ahmed”, it shall be read as wife of “Late Surajit Sinha”. Similarly, instead of “respondent No.2 Smti. Shiny Sinha is the daughter of Late Rajib Ahmed”, it shall be read as “daughter of Late Surajit Sinha”. Similarly, instead of “respondent No.3 is the daughter of Late Rajib Ahmed”, it Page No.# 4/4 shall be read as “daughter of Late Surajit Sinha”. 7. With the above observation, this Interlocutory Application is disposed of. In the meanwhile, the appellant shall file the amended Cause Title in the connected MAC Appeal No.476/2025.
