This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present application is early disposal of the suit bearing CS No.143 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaipatna. 3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2024, this Court is not inclined to pass any specific direction. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move an application before the learned trial court seeking early disposal of the suit. In such eventuality, the learned trial court shall pass necessary orders therein in due course. 4. With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the CMP application stands disposed of. ( A.K.
