The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 136 of 2025. It has been alleged that on 14.08.2025 at 2:15 P.M., the petitioner and several co-accused persons had come to the C.B.C.M.P.L., Coal Mines at Keredari and stopped the mining work. It is further alleged that they also assaulted several persons present there. It is also alleged that the accused persons who were supporters of Yogendra Sao, also took away 8-10 tonnes of coal from there. It appears that some of the co-accused persons who are similarly situated have been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 9922 of 2025. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and he is in custody since 08.01.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Hazaribag in connection with Keredari P.S.
