This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3. On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the present writ application has been filed against the C.E.O. and Principal of a private School namely Klorofeel School, which is CBSE-affiliated English Medium Public School. The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:- “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue show cause to the 0pp. parties and after hearing the parties be pleased to declare the Office letter No.2, dtd. 22.02.2025 of the 0pp. party NO.2 and Letter NO.l, dtd. 28.02.2025 of the 0pp. party No.l as neither legal nor justified and to continue the petitioner in her work as PGT Science Teacher as usual. And be please to pass such other Page 2 of 2. order/orders as may deem fit and proper in the facts, circumstances of the case”. 4. Taking into consideration the prayer made in the present writ application, further considering the fact that the Petitioner has not approached the Competent Authority for redressal of his grievance, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present writ application by granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance by filing a detailed representation. In such eventuality, the concerned authority shall do well to consider the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 5. The present writ application is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on its merit as well as the maintainability of the writ application. ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge Rubi
