The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2025 (N). It has been alleged that the petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and brown sugar was recovered from his possession. So far as the petitioner is concerned, 2.11 gm. of brown sugar was recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered quantity of brown sugar is a small quantity. She further submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2025. Learned Special P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in connection with Sadar P.S.
