Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge-sheet has not been filed in the present case and that the applicant has been falsely implicated; however, learned A.G.A. submits that the charge-sheet has been filed, and even otherwise, the applicant has a criminal history of seven cases. 2. Therefore, this Court does not find it a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a regular bail application before the court below. 3. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
