By the present application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2855 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and award, dated 01/01/2011 passed in LAC No. 63/2009 by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati. 03. Considering the cause of action and the explanation offered for the delay, I am onf the view that, the delay of 2855 days caused in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned. However, the applicant/claimant shall not be entitled to the interest component for the delayed period after expiry of 90 days from the date of the award i.e. 01/01/2011. 04.
