The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Nawadih P.S Case No. 57 of 2025, registered for an offence under section 310 (2) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be goldsmith by profession and the petitioner is in custody since 27.8.2025 and the gold has been recovered from the conscious possession of Kishan Pandit and the said Kishan Pandit has been granted regular bail by the coordinate bench of this court in BA No. 10917 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement, the petitioner was not put on TIP parade, the petitioner is in custody since 27.8.2025 and the recovery has been made from the possession of Kishan Pandit, who has been granted regular bail by the coordinate bench in the aforesaid BA, I am 2026:JHHC:1004 2 inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Nawadih P.S Case No. 57 of 2025.
