This is an application filed by the applicants seeking substitution of the petitioner No.2 and petitioner No.3 by the applicant Nos.2 and 3, inasmuch as, pursuant to the election of the petitioner No.1 Society, the applicant No.2 has become the President of the petitioner No.1 Society and the applicant No.3 has become the Secretary of the petitioner No.1 Society. 3. Taking into account that the presence of the present President and Secretary of the petitioner No.1 Society would be required, this Court, therefore, substitutes the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 by the applicant Nos.2 and 3 respectively. 4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner shall file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and the Registry on the basis of the said memo of parties along with the instant order shall make the necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 5.
