Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has submitted an application for his transfer from South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) to Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL)/ TFL (Talcher Fertilizers Limited). Petitioner has already submitted representation before the respondent No.1, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued the respondent No.1 to take decision on the application/representation filed by him at the earliest preferably within a specific time frame. 2. Counsel for the respondents submits that as petitioner is only seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
