1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.677 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas.
2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to an order dated March 12, 2026 passed in CO 840 of 2026 whereby this Court had requested the learned Trial Court to dispose of Title Suit No.838 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. It is submitted that Title Suit No.677 of 2020 is being heard simultaneously with Title Suit No.838 of 2021 pending before the same learned Court and the two suits are concerning the same parties.
3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this
order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.
4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No.677 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
5. With the aforesaid observations, CO 1203 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.
6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.) 2
