Learned Single Judge while granting time for filing counter affidavit, passed interim direction to extend minimum time scale to the petitioners, attached to their respective posts forthwith, pending further orders. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant inter alia submits that the respondents/writ petitioners are working on outsourcing basis, as such, they are not entitled for minimum time scale. He also submits that the petition to vacate the interim orders is being filed today. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant/University, we are not inclined to entertain the appeal, in as much as the matter may be decided by the learned Single Judge, more particularly, in view of the submission that petition to vacate the interim direction is being filed today. 5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ appeal is disposed of, with liberty to learned counsel for the appellant/University to make a request before learned Single Judge for taking up the matter, by explaining urgency. 4 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
